“Holly was absolutely amazing, I felt comfortable from the moment I met her. She was able to help move energy that I haven’t had happen with any other energy work I’ve had done. After my session was done she gave me a lot of tips and pointers on how to help myself to keep things flowing. I am absolutely so happy that I found Holly and am excited to continue to work with her.”

To date I have taught more than 5,000 hours, led over 22 hours of specialized workshops, and facilitated more than 50 Yoga Teacher Trainings. I’ve also worked with a range of specialized athletic groups across ages and competitive levels, including more than six years at the US Olympic Training Center here in Colorado Springs. My 200 hour Vinyasa lineage stems from Swami Sivananda via Baptiste, my Pranayama and Yoga Nidra lineage stems from Dr Yogarishi Vishvketu, Adi Shakti, and Akhanda Yoga.
Energy Healing
Energy healing is a therapeutic approach that restores and balances the flow of energy within the body. A trained practitioner serves as a conduit, guiding energy toward or away from the client to shift, release, or reorganize energetic blockages and deficiencies. By relieving these disruptions, the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation is activated, supporting a return to homeostasis and greater ease. Think of it like upgrading a home’s electrical system when the lights flicker and when underlying short circuits are addressed, the whole system runs more smoothly.
One form of energy work I use is Reiki — a gentle, effective practice that channels guided life‑force energy to support healing. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and reduces stress, helping the body activate its natural restorative processes. Common benefits include improved sleep, enhanced vitality, and overall support for health and well‑being.
I offer one‑on‑one Reiki certification courses for Levels 1–3.
Master Reiki Certificate, Lisa Guyman (2020); Level 1 & 2 certifications, Olivia Kenyon (2019).
I also work with mediumship to connect with your Angels, Guides, Star family, and Ancestors for insight and support. Sometimes they deliver specific guidance or take the lead in healing while I hold a safe, clear container for their work. I do have spirit-mediumship abilities, but these are not controllable on demand, so I’m not the best choice if your sole intention is to arrange a guaranteed connection with a particular deceased loved one.
Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy
Past-life regression practitioner trained in the Dolores Cannon method. I completed my first Level 1 training in 2016 and have since completed a second Level 1 refresh course online to update and reinforce my skills. I have facilitated more than 20 individual sessions and led multiple group QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and BQH (Basic Quantum Healing) sessions. My work follows the protocols and teachings of Dolores Cannon.
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a guided hypnotherapy method that uses visualization to bring you into a deep state of consciousness. In this relaxed state, we explore the roots of your current challenges, including memories from past lives when relevant, to promote insight, healing, and the resolution of limiting patterns. The practitioner accesses the subconscious through imagery and the client’s imagination, facilitating meaningful inner experiences and guidance. Sessions are comprehensive and typically last a minimum of three hours.
You can find out more at: www.dolorescannon.com/about-QHHT/
This approach is not well suited to people who have difficulty trusting their imagination, who are not able to see or have mental images, or who are uncomfortable with the idea of past lives as part of their spiritual experience. There are several preparatory practices that can make this work more accessible; meditation, grounding exercises, journaling, and visualisation are particularly helpful. I can share resources and exercises to support in your preparation for a session.
If you do not have an established meditation or self-care practice, this modality can feel difficult and you may not experience vivid imagery or clear contact with your Higher Self. Although it shares with other forms of hypnosis a general shift in brainwave state, it differs in important ways: the techniques are less directive, the intention is more exploratory and relational, and it requires a sustained, inward attentiveness. As a result, outcomes and the subjective experience can look and feel quite different from traditional, directive hypnosis.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
“CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, light touch approach that releases tensions in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax, self correct and free itself of pain and discomfort.” ~Sharon Desjarlais
This modality gently addresses the craniosacral system by working with the cerebrospinal fluid and the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord. It promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and return to structural and physiological balance. The technique can be effective as a standalone session and integrates well with massage or energy work. Its hands-on, subtle approach is often experienced as calm and restorative, with similarities to the quiet presence found in practices like Reiki.
I am trained in Upledger-style craniosacral therapy and in biodynamic craniosacral methods.
Angel Card Reading & Tarot Card Readings
Angel card readings give clear, compassionate guidance on relationships, career, and finances, helping you feel more confident and at peace. I often receive input from your spirit guides and intuitive impressions tied to the cards. Oracle cards offer complementary insights; timing, underlying energies, and next steps. I often combine them with angel cards.
I am clairaudient, clairsentient, claircognizant, and sometimes clairvoyant. These abilities have been with me since childhood. Early on I could see spirits, but my father discouraged it and I lost conscious access, my mediumship still surfaces occasionally, though not at will. I’ve been reading Tarot since I was 15 and continue to practice it.
What are Angel card readings?
Angel card readings connect with angelic presence to offer guidance and support for living your fullest life. A form of mediumship, these readings can address a specific question or remain open-ended to illuminate broader themes in your life. They also help tune into subconscious thoughts, emotions, and visions that can provide practical and spiritual guidance. You do not need to be religious to know and utilise the guidance of Angel or your guides. They are energies that are available to all no matter the denomination.
I work with Archangels alongside my personal and your spirit guides. They assist me during readings, ceremonies, energy work, and support the guidance I bring into everyday life.
Readings are available by phone, in person, or online.
Health & Wellness Coaching
This plan is tailored to each client’s unique needs. Services can be combined in person or remotely and include health and nutrition coaching, business coaching, relationship coaching, and teaching mentorship. Session length and frequency are flexible based on the number of goals you want to address. I may recommend a package of multiple sessions to provide deeper support and help you fully step into your strengths and purpose.
I have taught group nutrition and cleanse programs in the yoga community for over 15 years. My approach is informed by diverse eating styles accumulated through my years as a fitness trainer, yoga teacher, and my personal healing journey from autoimmune disease and Epstein–Barr virus. I prioritise helping clients reconnect with their bodies and recognise that individual needs often differ from societal or community norms. I work with each person guided by their goals, offering an objective, balanced perspective to support optimal health.
It’s important to outline that you’re responsible for doing the work and applying the suggestions I provide. I can offer tools and support, but progress happens when you take action. Try the steps and I’ll guide and encourage you. If you’re not ready, tell me, we’ll modify the plan to match what you can handle now.
Massage
I utilize these main styles of body work:
Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of muscle attachment stimulation to create a better communication from the muscles to the brain.
Deep tissue massage is a technique that uses deep broad pressure and friction to release areas of tension in the muscle.
Trigger point release treats areas of strain or fascial over lap. They are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms and often cause pain or what we call referral pain to areas outside the problem area.
Myofascial Release is specifically working with the fascial layers in the body with stretching, elongating, fractioning, or rolling the skin and muscle tissue.
Active release is a technique that uses engagement and collaboration from the client to release and regain muscular communication to the brain.
Hot Stone Massage which utilizes large stones that are heated and added to the massage to assist in melting the tension away.
Aschiatsu or Shiatsu aka Barefoot Massage is a deep tissue modality that releases deep layers of stuck fascia and scar tissue while utilizing broad pressure to melt away tension in the muscles. This modality is performed using the feet. This is a great modality if you love a lot of deep pressure while receiving massage.
I did my original 850 hours with Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and has since trained in the many modalities you see above. I have been in private practice since I graduated in 2014.
Kinesiology Taping
A fabric taping application to an area of pain, injury or discomfort.
The tape provides a lift in the skin to relieve pressure, increase blood flow, and more cognitive awareness to the area. This facilitates increased circulation and healing time. Kinesio Taping is a wonderful and simple modality that can be added to any service or as a stand alone.
I was trained through RockTape and have my Certificate as an FMT specialist.
Essential Oils
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of what I like to refer to as plant blood. These aromatic oils are extracts of the plants volatile oils which creates a highly concentrated treatment of plant medicine used medicinally to improve the health of the mind, body, and spirit.
The use of these oils during a treatment session or at home creates a balanced sense of well-being to enhance both physical and emotional health. I can create specific blends to support your therapeutic in office treatment and/or create a blend for you to take home to receive a daily boost of plant support in any struggles you may be working through. I can add stand alone oils during a treatment, add multiples in a blend, or in layers in a rain drop treatment.
The use of oils is akin to herbal medicine it is just a different delivery system than drinking a tea or taking a tincture. Therefore, I may cross reference herbalism and aromatherapy depending on what your personal needs are.
Herbalism
I believe the path to lasting health is guided by plant allies that help restore balance to body, mind, and spirit. Plants can be used in many therapeutic ways—teas, tinctures, herbal steams, body oils and lotions, syrups—and each form offers unique medicinal benefits. Whether addressing physical ailments, emotional imbalances, or spiritual needs, gentle botanical support can make a meaningful difference. Sometimes the simplest shift, like adding herbs to food, provides just the boost we need. I approach each client with a focus on making herbal use as sustainable as possible.
I have been studying herbal medicine since 2015 with a variety of teachers, and I continue to expand my training and experience.
While I believe plant medicine can support a wide range of health concerns, it is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your primary care physician as needed and follow their recommendations.
Esthetics
Esthetics (or aesthetics as it is commonly spelled) is philosophy that relates to the relationship between the senses and matters of beauty, art, and taste. For our purposes here it refers to the techniques used to beautify and balance the largest organ of the body: the skin.
I believe that beauty stems from health. Health starting from the inside out but I also believe that driving nutrients to the areas of concern are often the most successful ways of dealing with imbalance. From an herbalists perspective getting medicine or nutrients as close to or directly on the area of concern will bring about the most benefit. I personally have suffered from adult acne ranging from severe cystic acne to general consistent congestion. I used Accutane (regretfully) in my early 20’s. While I was in esthetics school because I was suffering from deep quarter size cysts in my face. Had I known then (how to take care of the skin and the body) what I know now I would not have taken such a harsh drug.
I utilize various modalities to support and correct the skin. Techniques that may include (but certainly not limited to) cleansing, steaming, waxing, extraction of debris, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, gua sha, and deep pore cleansing.
I completed my Certification in 2006 from Noble Beauty Academy. I have been practicing esthetics ever since. I’m a bit of a product junky. I LOVE skin care and have to really temper my desire to spend money on all the products!
